Carbonara alla Elizabetta

INGREDIENTS
150g         Pack Pasta (choice of Spaghetti, Spaghettini, Capellini, Linguinie,                                    Fettuccine, Fusilli, Penne, or Farfalle)
6oz           White Sauce
20g           Bacon Slice
20g           Ham Slice
1tsp          Chopped Onions
1tsp          Chopped Garlic
1tbsp        Butter
1tbsp        Egg Sauce Mix
3 dashes   Chicken Power


PREPARATION PROCEDURE

- Put the pasta at the pasta strainer and blanch it for 5 seconds in the stockpo   containing boiling water. Hang the strainer to drain off excess water from the pasta.
- Place the bacon, ham, onion, garlic and butter in a skillet
- Set the stove flame to medium heat and saute for 1 minute
- Pour the white sauce, the white sauce cum egg mix, and sprinkle with the chicken   powder
- Adjust the flame to high heat then simmer for 1 minute
- Add the pasta. Lower the flame to medium and cook for 30 seconds with constant   stirring
- Turn off the flame, transfer the prepared dish in a soup plate
- Turn over to the Pizza/Sandwich section for other dispatching procedures
- Wipe off spills at the edge of the plate using a clean cloth
- Sprinkle chopped parsley across the prepared dish
- Place one fresh leaf of basil on top of the dish
